Ingredients
1 cup macaroni, cooked, drained
2 cups stewed tomatoes
¼ teaspoon pepper
Dash of oregano
Buttered bread crumbs (2-3 slices)
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound ground beef
1 chopped onion
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1- Brown in skillet ground beef with chopped onion, pepper, oregano and salt. Put macaroni in greased pie pan. Add stewed tomatoes. Put ground beef mixture on top of tomatoes. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Yield: 6-8 servings
