Layered Pea Salad

Layer your favorite vegetables and top it off with crispy bacon pieces. Simple recipes don't have to taste simple!


  • 8 cups Organic Power Greens (such as spinach and kale)
  • 2 cups Iceberg or butter lettuce, chopped or sliced
  • 1 can baby peas
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing, preservative-free
  • ¼ cup finely shredded cheese, any kind
  • 4 slices of preservative-free crispy bacon, pieces


  1. Layer ingredients in order given.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
