Korean BBQ Beef

Looking for some Asian flare at your next BBQ? Try the Korean BBQ Beef for a tasty treat! Serve with rice and stirfry veggies.

10 green onions, minced
¼ cup soy sauce
½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
½ teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sugar
1 (4 lb.) sirloin tip roast or thick cut round steak or sirloin steak


Step 1- Mix marinade ingredients together. Cut meat in 1/8-inch thick slices. Place meat and marinade in large Ziploc bag. Refrigerate overnight. Before grilling, drain marinade. Thread strips of meat on water soaked bamboo skewers. Grill over medium coals 5-8 minutes. Turn once.
Yield: 8-10 servings
