1 pizza crust rolled out onto an 11x17 cookie sheet
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 grilled chicken breast, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Roma or plum tomatoes, sliced thin
½ cup olives, kalamata or black, sliced
2 thin slices of onion
1 ounce sliced pepperoncinis, about 15 pieces
2 ounces feta cheese, about ¼ cup, crumbled
1 tablespoon fresh basil, cut
Step 1- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 2- Spray cookie sheet with non-stick and roll out pizza crust. Spread oil evenly over crust and top with garlic, chicken, tomatoes, olives, onions and pepperonchinis. Sprinkle with crumbled feta.
Step 3- Bake 12-15 minutes, until crust is browned, and top with basil.
