Garlic Roasted Cauliflower


An excellent recipe to enjoy cauliflower. Even the pickiest eaters will enjoy this simple side dish!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Wash and dry cauliflower
  3. Cut cauliflower into small bite size pieces
  4. Lay cauliflower pieces on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper
  5. Drizzle olive oil over cauliflower
  6. Using clean hands, toss cauliflower around until covered in olive oil
  7. Spread cauliflower out on cookie sheet
  8. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  9. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until edges are slightly browned and cauliflower is fork tender
  10. Place in serving bowl
  11. Can be tossed in melted butter and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese before serving (Optional)
