Fajitas

Fajitas are a Mexican and Southwestern American dish traditionally consisting of grilled skirt steak wrapped in a tortilla, though are frequently made with chicken, shrimp, or pork and vegetables. The beauty of this dish is its versatility: each individual diner can tailor the meal to his or her preferences.
Ingredients:

2 chicken breast fillets or strip steaks
5 flour tortillas
3 teaspoons chili powder
¼ cup brown sugar
2 large red peppers, sliced
1 large spanish onion, sliced
1 teaspoon canola oil
½ lemon or lime
sour cream or plain yogurt
guacamole (optional)
shredded cheese (optional)

Procedure:

Step 1 Prepare the vegetables; set aside.

Step 2 Thinly slice the meat. Combine meat in a large bowl and toss with oil.

Step 3 Heat grill until good and hot.

Step 4 Mix the chili powder and brown sugar. Just before putting the vegetables and meat on the grill, coat the meat with the chili powder mixture.

Step 5 Spread the vegetables out on a perforated grilling sheet and put it all on the grill. Grill about 7 minutes until blackened, then flip both the meat and the vegetables. Cook another 7 min or until meat is done.

Step 6
Arrange vegetables in a bowl or on a platter and squeeze the lime over them. Wrap meats and vegetables in flour tortillas with sour cream, cheese and guacamole.
