16 ounces bag of frozen mixed vegetables
1-2 cups cut-up cooked turkey or chicken
dash of black pepper
1 (10 3/4 ounces) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup Bisquick mix [or other biscuit/baking mix]
½ cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Procedure:
Step 1 - Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 - Mix vegetables, turkey/chicken, pepper, and soup in an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Set aside.
Step 3 - In a small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended.
Step 4 - Pour over turkey/chicken and vegetable mixture.
Step 5 - Bake about 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
