Easy Brisket

Don't let the name of this recipe fool you. Although it may be called Easy Brisket, it will make you look like a brisket expert.

Easy Brisket leaves the meat tender and delicious. Can be used on it's own or for sandwiches. Add coleslaw and corn for a full meal!

1 bottle chili sauce
1 can coke
1 env. onion soup mix
Step 1- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Step 2- Mix all 3 ingredients together. Pour over brisket (fat side up) that has been placed in foil. Seal foil. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 3 to 5 hours, depending on size of brisket. You can cut the recipe in half for small brisket. Can also be put into Crock Pot (without foil) for 4 to 5 hours on high or 7 to 8 hours on low.
