2 lbs. beef chuck, cut into 2 inch pieces, floured, peppered to taste
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked
Step 1- Coat beef with flour and pepper. Brown in shortening in skillet. Place in crock pot. Add soup, mixing well. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until beef is tender. Serve over noodles.
Yield: 6-8 servings
