1 ounce can (10-¾ ) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1½ cups sour cream
32 ounces pkg. frozen O'Brien Potatoes, thawed
12 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups cheese crackers, crushed
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Step 1- Mix soup and sour cream in a large bowl.
Step 2- Add in the potatoes and cheddar cheese.
Step 3- Mix until well blended.
Step 4- Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Step 5- Combine cracker crumbs, parmesan cheese and butter, sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
