Cheese Ball

Looking for a quick and easy holiday appetizer? Look no further! This cheese ball recipe is sure to please even the most picky holiday visitor.

8 ounces cream cheese , softened
8 ounces  shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 cup chopped pecans


Step 1- Set the cream cheese out for 30 minutes before preparing so it will soften.

Step 2- In a large bowl combine all ingredients except pecans.

Step 3- Stir well to combine.

Step 4- Shape mixture into a ball or log with your hands.

Step 5- Dump pecans onto a piece of wax paper or aluminum foil and roll ball or log in them until well covered.

Step 6- Refrigerate or serve immeadiately.
Yield:8-10 servings
