Baked Sweet Potato Fries

  • 1 - 10 oz. bag of crinkle cut sweet potatoes (found in fresh produce section)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil or liquid coconut oil
  • Sea salt and black ground pepper
  • Pinch ground cinnamon (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Toss potatoes in oil
  3. Lay on baking sheet covered with parchment paper
  4. Lightly sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper (and cinnamon, if using)
  5. Bake for 10 minutes and turn with spatula
  6. Bake another 10 minutes and serve hot
  7. Makes 2 servings (Approx. 28 fries each)
