Baked Asian Sticky Wings



  • 3 lbs. chicken wings, washed and dried
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce, low-sodium
  • 1/4 cup organic white sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray a large rectangular baking dish with non-stick spray
  3. Assemble wings in tray, fitting tightly if necessary
  4. Mix next 5 ingredients
  5. Pour sauce over chicken and bake uncovered for 60-90 minutes
  6. Baste chicken occasionally with sauce while baking
  7. Sauce will thicken as the chicken cooks
