Apple Spinach Smoothie


A refreshing and healthy way to cool down this summer. Just combine and blend!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 apple, chopped, skin on
  • 1 large bunch of baby spinach
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Pinch of dried ginger (or fresh if you have it)
  • Squeeze of honey (optional)

Directions:

  1. Blend ingredients until smooth.
  2. Drink immediately.
