Our company, Strategic Ecomm Inc, operates a popular matchmaking website and is seeking someone with previous telephone reception experience to handle incoming calls.

This position would involve answering incoming customer calls from your home. Our company caters toward only respectable professional upscale gentlemen who would be calling in to get more information and or sign up for a membership to our matchmaking service.

Your job would involve:

- Answering incoming calls from home during regular office hours.
- We anticipate only around 5 - 10 callers per day, over time this number will increase.
- Answering customer inquiries and questions.
- Explaining to these prospective clients how our service works and why they should join
- Taking membership applications over the telephone.
- Directing callers to additional online information and or online application forms.


- Personal computer with preference given to applicants with a high speed connection.
- Home telephone with either the phone company option: "smart ring" which is a second phone number on one telephone line, or else a second business line which could be used for incoming calls.
- Excellent typing speed and or hand writing for occasionally taking membership applications over the phone.
- Attractive telephone voice with background experience as a telephone receptionist or telephone sales agent.

Our compensation program was designed to offer both a rewarding high income potential for the individual we hire, while also taking into consideration company expenditures.

We will pay you on a commission basis only which will likely be much more rewarding that being paid on a hourly basis.

When a prospective client calls in you will be expected to try and convince them to take advantage of our services. You will take down some basic information about the caller such as their name, and email address. Regardless of whether you sign the client up over the phone, or just refer them to additional information about our service, once they join you will be compensated depending on the level of service the client purchases. If they don't immediately sign up over the phone we can still track whether they sign up later simply by their name and email address so you're guaranteed to be compensated for anyone who you deal with over the phone.

We offer 3 levels of service:

If the prospect signs up for "Membership 1" we will pay you $200 US
If the prospect signs up for "Membership 2" we will pay you $400 US
If the prospect signs up for "Membership 3" we will pay you $600 US

As you can see, we offer a very generous compensation program. If you only help to convince one incoming caller per day to join and become a member you'll be earning a substantial income.
