***If you can't get the creamy style beans where you live don't worry about it, just get regular kidney beans.***
1 package of smoked sausage
1 medium onion
1 small bellpepper
Salt and Pepper
Tabasco sauce (optional)
Dump your cans of beans in the crock pot. Saute your onion and bellpepper until just tender. Cut up your smoked sausage and add to the crock pot. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Let cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve over rice.
