PANTRY CORN CHOWDER

 

Ingredients:

1/4 lb. thick-sliced bacon
1 onion
2 celery sticks
3/4 lb. potatoes (from can)
1 can chicken broth
1 Tbs. thyme
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream corn
1 can kernel corn with peppers

Conbine everything in the crock pot and let simmer on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
