ARE YOU A WORK-FROM-HOME MOM WITH AN INTERNET-BASED BUSINESS?

THE MOMPRENEURS® WANT TO FEATURE YOU IN OUR NEW BOOK!

We're Ellen Parlapiano and Pat Cobe, co-authors of the popular book, Mompreneurs: A Mother's Practical Step-by-Step Guide to Work-At-Home Success (Perigee, 1996). We're now working on our follow-up book, which will be out in 2001 and will focus on mothers with Internet businesses (both product- and service-based). We've appeared on shows such as Oprah, Maury, Good Morning America and NBC Nightly News, and are often able to offer publicity opportunities to the mompreneurs featured in our books and articles.

We're looking for mompreneurs with web-based businesses-anything from e-commerce sites to virtual assistants to on-line teaching, publishing or personal services-to participate in our research. Won't you take a few minutes to fill out the survey below?

Since we'd like to include many of your comments in the book, please read the permission paragraph at the end of the survey, and be sure to indicate any information that you would like held confidential. (If you're uncomfortable answering certain questions, feel free to leave them blank.)

Print or cut and paste this page to your email program.
You can return the surveys to: Ellen Parlapiano/e-mail address: [email protected] and/or Patricia Cobe/e-mail address: [email protected]
