Hearty Beef Stew

Flour (to coat meat)
Stew Meat
1 cup Baby Carrots
1 medium Onion (chopped)
1 Bell Pepper (chopped)
2 stalks Celery (chopped)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1- 2 TBL. Oil
Approx. 2 cups Beef Broth

Coat stew meat with flour and brown in oil in frying pan until brown. Place meat at the bottom of the crock pot. Place vegetables over meat, sprinkle salt and pepper and whatever other seasoning fit your fancy. Pour beef broth over everything, cover and cook on high all day.

(Optional) You can buy a stew seasoning packet and use that instead of the beef broth if you desire.

Serve over rice.
