Here's what you need:

1 2" clay pot
floral clay
floral moss
2 1/2" styrofoam ball
silk leaves in fall colors
floral tape
pen

Total cost approximately $1.50

Fill the clay pot with the floral clay. Wrap the pen with floral tape. Insert the pen top into the center of the clay.

Cover the clay with floral moss.

Insert the top of the pen into the styrofoam ball.

Cut the leaves from their stems and insert them around the bottom of the styrofoam ball. Hot glue the leaves into place to cover the ball.

Reinsert the pen "tree" into the base ... and you're done!
