As a work-at-home mom, you are going to need to eat plenty of high energy foods to fuel your workday. This is because junk food that is high in refined sugar or caffeine will only give you energy for a short time (before the effect wears off). Consume the high energy foods listed below, and you will have enough fuel to make it through your day:

Dairy foods will not only supply you with the calcium your health depends on, they will also energize your body and fuel your metabolism.

However, you should only eat an amount of pasta that is proportionate to the level of activity that you will be doing, otherwise you will gain weight from eating too much of it.
