In all cases, When we book travel for anyone, payments are made to the vendors.RTAs do not accept payments. I love that. It makes it soooooo much easier.

And get a good bus vendor, they're worth their weight in gold! But you can't get service like through the local bus companies.

So true Denyse and Gail. Our vendor is superb. They have been in the business for a very long time AND they are also YTB RTAs so they have a double incentive for working well with us!

I didn't even realize that!! I know they were awefully nice to deal with. And reasonable. And I don't mean price. I actually had a trip requested for 2010 and they emailed me and said they were so busy with the inauguration, it would be 4 weeks before they could get a proposal to me. When I called about the current bus trip, we spoke about that and they got right on it. I thought I may lose that trip if the school had to wait for 4 weeks because they had to get approval from their school board in Texas. That's how I like to do business............
