Red face I had too many leads to call back tonight...

..and I'm thankful for that! I finished calling most of my leads, but 2 will have to wait until tomorrow. I'm feeling pretty productive and glad to be able to reach out to people about Xpress without coming off like a pushy salesperson. We're really trained on how to NOT telemarket. We're just ourselves and this casual approach has created a lot of success for our company and made it something that many people can easily stick to.

I had some great conversations tonight and I have tons of people to reply to via messages because things have gotten pretty busy over the last 48 hours. Is it something in the air? I'm not sure. I can honestly admit that I am DEAD tired...feeling like a zombie...passing out...can hardly wait to sleep 8+ hours this weekend

Poor you, too many leads! lol I'm sure there are people in some companies who would love that "problem!" You're obviously doing something right to be receiving so many leads.

At some point, you may want to consider giving a few to your team members when you have lots.

of the (many) things I love about Xpress is that we can even place new team members under our existing team members. We are actually encouraged to do so. Help our team members grow their own businesses, what a novel idea!

Some companies prohibit it, but people do it anyway even though their company's policies say they cannot. I've never understood why it would be disallowed in the first place.

I know! Poor me lol . I think our marketing system has a lot to do with it. Of course, I do put in effort on my part. One of the previous companies that I was with required us to buy so many leads. With Xpress, I feel like the leads COME to us, just as long as we do our work and *plug in* the tools that they have provided us with.

I don't understand companies not allowing their team members to help each other either. I feel fortunate to be part of Xpress because they're so innovative.

Isn't it great to have such a large audience to talk about our business? With our business plan, everyone we meet is a potential lead...either they need health benefits or they are interested in making more money or both. Xpress Healthcare makes it a joy to talk to leads.
