Default Writer Access and Textbroker

I have been writing for BlogMutt since July, and am really enjoying it there. I wanted to expand my options a bit, so I signed on for Textbroker and Writer Access. I am really finding both of those much less user friendly then Blogmutt and am having trouble getting started. Any writers for those sites with any tips?

Textbroker I ditched a while back because they dropped me a grade for not meeting a change in their arcane grammar requirements posted after I submitted the articles.

Writer Access - casting calls are your friend, jobs go quickly, and be careful of the two star clients. The less they're willing to pay the more revision requests they send *headshake*.
