Default Providing Blog Samples

What samples do you provide prospective clients? Are they posts from your blog or those you have written for other clients?

Default Providing Blog Samples

I normally provide them with a link to my client's (attorneys) web page and list the various dates of the particular blogs that were ghostwritten by me.

Hope this helps. Smile.

I use my own blogs, plus blogs that I have written for as a paid writer.

I also use my blog posts that I have done for contests and as guest posts.

I use my posts on Hubpages and a few articles I completed for a private client. The client gave me permission to use them along with a reference. I try to stay away from anything that requires a special sample to be written. I am too paranoid and always look at requests like "write a 100/300/500/whatever word article about bleh bleh bleh" as a way to use my time for free work.

I use guest posts and blogs that I manage for private clients that articles are published under my name. Also, sometimes I use YCN.

Only articles that were published under my own name, or blog entries on one of my own two blogs (or written by me as a guest post). I would not link to ghostwritten blogs; confidentiality agreements being what they are, it's against the rules.

Okay thanks The problem I am having is the blog posts I have written professionally are by clients who wish to remain anonymous, other than my own blog but that is overly personal for using as samples. I may have to start a new one!

If you do not want to bother with a blog, create an account somewhere that you can post your own articles. Preferably a site that doesn't edit it before posting like Hubpages, Wizzley or other sites out there.
