Does anyone know how to stop all of the emails from Need an Article??
![]() I've looked everywhere on the site, but I can't find anything. It's early, so maybe I'm missing something.

I'm glad to see it's not just me that's getting a little irritated with the steady stream of emails. If it's not a rap across the knuckles, (because some writers are hogging work, or just abandoning orders) its a plea for financial help from some other unfortunate writer. If I could manage to at least snag an article here or there it wouldn't matter as much, but I've not been able to get a single article since I joined the new site, and my inbox is filling up faster than ever with all these random emails. :-/ Has anyone else at least been able to get a little work from there?

Honestly, some of these emails don't really seem all that professional to me. They're criticizing writers who aren't doing their jobs, which I can understand to a point. But, calling them out and naming them by name in a mass email?? C'mon! And the plees for money and sob stories?? ARGH!! I think it's ridiculous! They should at least set up a forum for people who actually WANT to read that stuff! (Although I DID donate a couple bucks to that lady who needs to be with her kid during surgery. I've been in that situation, and it sucks... )The other day, I did manage to snag two articles, but those are the only two I've gotten since I got accepted there. And I was "lucky" to snag them! They were going FAST. I'm thinking about just emailing them to shut down my account. I'm that sick of the emails, and I never get work there anyway. |

I just emailed NAA about their unprofessionalism. I was one of the "flakes". Annoys me to no end that I messaged "Nance" after I was discharged from the hospital explaining why the articles were late. She told me to go ahead and complete them.No problem right? The client did not complain. I have completed 80+ jobs for NAA all done right and on time. And then I wake up to an email like that?
I also went on to complain about them excessively emailing to soliciting money from their writers. RUDE |

Actually, that's not a bad idea... Maybe I'll shoot off a quick email as well. |

Ugh, sorry you all have to deal with that. What a ridiculous, unprofessional company NAA is.

Sheesh... I just got through looking at past NAA posts on here. And I read the Rip-Off report. Fun wow.

Oh yeah, the Rip-Off Report really brings out the owner's "professional" side!

Yes - splendidly! The emails from the company aren't much better. I think after I get paid, I'm gonna lose this egg. It's just not my "style".

Wow! I was really annoyed when they deleted my account with no warning because I didn't sign in for a week (when I emailed them they said I had never taken the grammar test...but I had, and I had written several test articles and been approved for various section but whatever....but I think I dodged a bullet!
