About a year ago I could log in at textbroker and make tons of money, and now I am a level 3 and find that I can never find anything. When I get bumped back up to a lever four I can usually find work, but I am wondering what happened to the level three articles over there.
Is it the group assignments that are destroying the article availability? Or are there just too many writers?

Yep, Panda resulted in most TB clients asking for higher-level work. Level 2s and 3s do still get released, but everyone pounces on them.

I'm level 4 and rarely use TB, but I will go in and check periodically for group assignments or private requests. Even after Panda, some of them don't seem to get it. I had one request earlier in December where the person wanted at least 20 of 25 keywords used 4 times each in a 400 word article. That's a lot of keyword stuffing and I don't care how good a writer you are, if there are too many keywords in an article, you can't make it sound natural and non-spammy. That's why I love one of my current clients who insists on avoiding overuse of the property name or any keywords.

TB is definitely tough for those who are at a Level 3. I was at a Level 4 and got bumped to a Level 3 after ratings and for those two months, I didn't get much work at all. I was raised back to a Level 4 and have stayed there since. Even as a Level 4, work is not as easy to find but definitely easier than a Level 3 or 2.

I would hate to lose my 4 there. The only things worthwhile for anything lower are the 77 cent ones. Even though I like doing them, they are posted in the early morning and gone by the time I get the kiddos off to school. Finding articles at level 3 that are long enough to even get rated by textbroker would be challenging.

Some of the clients also don't seem to understand that if they didn't ask for a certain type of writing style/content from the beginning, they should not ask after the fact. Unfortunately, TB is one of the few sites left that has any work (unless you're not a level 4.)
