Default Goals for 2012

I didn't see a post yet for our goals for 2012 and how we plan to accomplish them so I thought I would start one.

I might have bought my husband a school for Christmas (we are waiting to see if the sell goes through) If we get it we plan on remodeling it and moving into it in June of 2014 (it's in another state so it will take a while for us to make livable) so I need to come up with a plan to help earn money to renovate and to have money coming in when we move.

My current website is outdated with the panda issues and changes in content mills so I plan on starting a new website that incorporates work at home positions but doesn't totally focus on that.

If we get the school I also plan on starting a blog about that. Just for fun though. It should be an excellent adventure. ..

Finally I am going to continue working with DMS for as long as possible and look for other gigs.

What about everyone else?

This year I'm going to concentrate on content sites and publishing non-fiction books and booklets on Kindle, as well as a little magazine work. DMS has pretty much dried up for me, but I'm working with a couple other content sites that are stable, at least for now. I need to up my income this year, so I'm hoping to build some strong passive income with Kindle if I pick good topics. I'll also be continuing my work with About.com and Examiner.

In December I finally reached a milestone where I am finally making more money writing than I was at my last "regular" job! I work less hours, too. My goal for 2012 is to continue this trend and make more each month until I have enough income to not only pay bills and have a few luxury items, but also put money away for retirement. This means increasing my hours and working harder than ever before.

My non-writing goal is to get back to my pre-writing job weight, since I have put on a few pounds since I began writing. My days used to consist of running around at a medical facility, and my decrease in activity is showing up on my waist

Also, I want to tinker around with creating some blogs of my own to see if I can create some income that is all my own and does not rely on creating content for others only.

The most important goal of mine for the year is to be as happy and healthy as possible!

Even though I don't write for clients anymore, this next year I plan on doing a lot of writing. I really want to expand my business and I know that it will take me publishing a lot of content to do so.

One of my goals is to publish 1.25 million words in 2012 between articles on my sites as well as backlink articles. I also want to start outsourcing by the end of the year and want to hire at least one writer part time to write even more content for me.

I have several other goals and even set a pretty lofty income goal for 2012. You can read all my goals on my blog which is listed in my signature (My Online Passive Income Journey).

My goal is also to publish 1,000,000 words for 2012. Most of it will be for upfront pay with some for content mills.

My goals? There are many, but a few include:

*Rededicate myself to marketing my content company to local businesses
*Get off my duff and fill my affiliate marketing websites with content
*Create (and live by) a more "normal" schedule so I can spend more time with my family
*Replace my husband's income plus some so that he can keep staying at home with us

My biggest goal is to get more organized.

I'm usually okay, but on weeks like this week when teens and hubby are on vacation, I struggle to stay focused on work. Add in other issues - like our hitting a deer on icy roads and doing some damage to the car, my cat starting to have her unexplained seizures again and then developing a really bad chest cold Christmas Day and I'm burning out incredibly fast, but need to stay focused.

I also want to start writing the book that's been keeping me awake at night because ideas or character conversations pop up in the wee hours and I immediately have to wake up enough to jot them down.

I want to write things I enjoy. I am doing work at Textbroker to add a little extra income, but DMS almost drained the life out of me, so I would love to just spend this year creating blogs and websites and having fun with my writing. It doesn't sound like much of a goal, but I'm excited about it.

You all have good and different goal. I think first, I want to get organized. This will keep me from getting discouraged. Next I am working on acquiring new clients and bringing in more income.

My goals for the year is to increase my monthly income to $5,000. Also, to explore some of the other aspects of working from home outside of writing. If I find something else that I like I would like to expand my writers database so then I can pick and choose more as to what I want to write instead of having to write on whatever comes my way.

I am also expected to graduate this year and I hope to be able to start pursing law school and possibly do some criminal justice work as well. There is also a possibility of me purchasing my own home instead of having to rent.

I'm sure there is something that I have forgotten but that is it for the most part.
