I always recommend www.odesk.com, the company I work for hires writers there all the time.

Default Sites for Work

VWorker is a good site to find work and clients. There are also lots of blogs and other sites that will pay you to write for them. I cannot put in links yet, but if you look at My Write and Get Paid page on Facebook, you should find my latest post about guest blogging for money.

Question Freelance Writing?

All this information is new to me. Usually I look at customer service jobs but with a toddler I am not able to be on the phone as usually it has to be quiet. What should I look for in a writing job? How do i know if it is legit?

I took a quick look here -- just two writing projects open -- One asked for 42 150 word write ups for $13.00, total. The second, 20 150 word articles for $6.00. That works out to roughly 1/5 of a cent per word.

This guy posted in another folder that they pay 30 cents for 150 words. Disgusting.

You could add TextBroker.com as a place to write articles and earn money too.
