Default shipping question

So I'm fairly new to this, but it seems to me that shipping takes FOREVER. I asked my upline and didn't get an answer. Is it just me? I did direct sales before and our products would ship the day after we ordered them. I do not expect that, but of all the orders I've submitted - party orders and single orders it usually takes at least 7 days from the date the order is submitted before it ships, then at least 3-4 more days to receive it. When I asked my manager she told me her orders usually ship out in a day or two....is that true? How long does it take your orders to ship....am I doing something wrong? I really didn't receive ANY training on submitting orders so maybe I'm just stupid, LOL.

There were shipping back ups in the late summer/early fall when we had a huge influx of new reps. I personally haven't had any delays with recent orders though. Most recent order arrived within 7 days. Did you try calling home office regarding the shipping times? They are always very helpful.

Maybe I just had bad luck - I entered an order yesterday morning for a friend - just a single order - and it shipped out today already! Now that is more like it - we will see if it continues.

And back to slow shipping.....ordered catalogs last week - need them for a tasting next week and they still haven't shipped. It takes at least three days after shipping for me to get orders. Not hopeful that I will have them Tuesday.

I agree about the shipping being too slow. My most recent order took a a long time to even ship. The only good thing is that, once it is shipped, I get it very quickly because I live in a nearby state from their ware house. My order before that shipped within 48 hours. There really has been no consistancy as far as shipment is concerned. When I call the corporate office they usually tell me it "it should ship soon."

The distribution center did recently move locations, so not sure if that's had anything to do with your delays. My catalogs took just a little longer than usual this past time and I assumed that was probably why. I can imagine that is a huge undertaking.

Take care!

Default Getting faster

I was just checking in to see if you've had better luck the last couple of weeks. I experienced pretty slow shipping in the fall, 2-3 weeks for orders to arrive. Everything I've ordered since the first of January has arrived super fast, though. My director told us that the new process has been really streamlined. I've had several items arrive the same week I've placed the orders - faster than Amazon!!

Also, this is my first post, so I just wanted to say hi! I have two preschool aged children, sell Wildtree, and have a home bakery. I'm excited to learn from everyone on these forums!

My shipping has been better. I'm so glad - so are my hosts.
