Ok you first got to ask yourself a few questions.
1. Are you going to actually code or design anything? 2. How much time will you spend on the website. You may see some cheap websites online but you will not find someone willing to spend hours and hours doing small edits for someone for the same price. I would make it a seperate price and if its just a blog you are setting up I would use wordpress default and then give a price for it or free then tell them the cost to update it is what will cost and you can charge them a small monthly fee for adding/ editing things. Now if they want a actual script wrote for the site like in php you need and you can do it yourself then just figure out the time involved and price it based but I can tell you there is a lot more time spent then you think and most hours you will be working for free if you code it. I suggest look at other websites and you may find a website already built for her type of business or reply here the type and I bet we can find you a good one. |

thanks so much for the ideas. yeah i am thinking not to recreate the wheel and use a template. but i can see how you can easily spend lots of hours tinkering to get it just right. i am a perfectionist that way!
