I Need a Designer

I would like to have someone to tweak my Wordpress blog. I just need a few minor changes. For example, there is one picture that is slightly smaller than the others, no matter how I resize the picture. I think that it has something to do with the template. I also have a couple of things in the the navigation (archives and categories) that I don't want to appear. I want them to be hidden. I don't like that the date of the post is showing up as well. Can someone help me? Please PM me. I'll send you my link. It's not the link in my signature.

I can do a bit with Wordpress, but it's through trial and error, and I don't want to make a mistake in the HTML or CSS that I can't correct. I think that for someone who knows how, these changes could take less than an hour.
