Need a website designer

Hi I am a fellow member of this site who is looking to get her baby off the ground. I want someone to build a website where I can allow people to post things to. I need to be able to do cc and paypal transactions. I have a blog that is attached to the site. This is a small business that I would like to start soon. I am going to be learning how to buld webites but in the mean time I need someone to build it for me. I will give more details to the chosen designer.
