Needing two sites made

I am looking to find a designer or designers for two websites.

One website is a voiceover website, so it will require incorporating some streaming audio. Flash would be nice!

The second website has a few requirements.

The main feature of the website will be a map. Therefore, I need someone who can make sure the main page has a "printer friendly" version. I will also be accepting paypal payments, so I'm not sure if this would require any additional security or not.

The second website will also need ad space on the top, right column, and bottom.

Flash would also be nice on this one, but not necessary.

Also, I have no preference on whether these projects are done by the same person or two different people.

I will take over all site maintenance after it is built, but in the case that I run into something I don't know how to handle, I would be happy to pay for additional help.
