Is she getting any error messages? If so, what does it say?
I troubleshoot scripts on a regular basis for clients.

No it's just not opening the download window. You know when you click link for a file and it comes up a save file as... well it's not doing that. It works for some people an some people not. I tried it in Firefox and IE and neither worked for me.

you can use any browser that not consider in that either mozilla or IE.
