Skype Parties?

With the jewelry, it depends on who it is, if you know the person and you have enough pieces in your collection, you might want to send them some of the pieces to show their friends in person and then you can get on Skype and talk about the company and the different pieces and how you can wear them.

Otherwise, if you don't know them well enough, you would need to hold up the jewelry to the camera and show each piece on Skype and talk about it.

A Stylist with my company did it and it worked out really well for her, she said she held everything up to the camera and had good lightening so everything would sparkle, and also showed it on herself too, I just haven't tried it myself yet with the jewelry. And again, you would want to send the catalogs to your hostess or to the party attendees individually so that they can also have the catalog in hand while you talk about everything.

Skype! What a cool idea! Years ago I did a couple online parties, there was one website (I forget which!) that had a chat room you could reserve and then everyone would meet in there and chat, I would usually do a scavenger hunt through the catalog or website.

You could do that with the skype party too, if your hostess has catalogs she can pass them out and you have everyone go to the page with the hostess plans and then the first person to get there gets a prize or a ticket to add to the drawing for a bigger prize at the end of the show. Then have someone find "the ring named after a legendary jazz singer" or whatever....then have that to hold up to the cameras or your hostess might already have it and can show it off.
