Congrats on your decision.. they are a great company. Also, thank you for the compliment. To me that means more than anything

In the end, no matter the company, we are all women out to make a difference and mark our place in the world. You have to want to be where you are to succeed so, for you, you made a great choice! It can be a difficult choice to want to be in this type of business and then picking the right one is even more to think about. I am so proud to see you taking the time to really find your fit!!
