Default Here's another view...

I'm the owner and founder of AllieCat Jewelry, so this is coming from the Company's perspective.. at least my company. And I agree that people seem to be switching all too often.

I agree that ALL companies, mine included, have good and not-so-good aspects and I think that's like everything else in life. Too often, I've seen people leave a good situation because of a specific, temporary issue, thinking the grass is greener somewhere else.

Just like you've invested in your company, your company has invested in you (or at least it should have). So I'd suggest that someone makes sure they're not giving it up because of something that can be, or will be, corrected. The Company will want to make it right too, make sure they know about it. I would fight to make it work.

But if you're looking, I'd suggest you take your time. Talk with several reps, talk with the company management and owners. Get product samples. I believe that the 2 most important things are to love your product and to feel appreciated and a part of the company. I would not want to go somewhere without those feelings, and I think that's what good direct selling companies are all about.

Default money or passion..

has always been the question for me, until now. I always though because one of my bff's was THE leader in Silpada, I should do Silpada. It was so out of my zone since I could not bring myself to ask a SAHM to buy a $100 necklace. But that's me.

I am a registered nurse, but homeschooling my kids. DoTerra came along. Incredible training, support, and something more to add to my resume! I am getting training via webinar daily, books and oils all the time to the point I will be an aromatherapist! I love love love the oils. It has changed my family, health and wealth. I have a larger downline than I have had in the other couple companies I promoted and I owe that to the passion I have of offering people a different modality to health in addition to western medicine. I love the smells, my house smells GREAT! AND, I can set up a party of my invention IF I choose, otherwise, no selling, no pushiness, it's send some samples (let me know if you'd like to try!) and sign people up for a business account where they purchase monthly. (So not hard to do, I have to restrain from buying too much!) then you teach other people that are interested to duplicate yourself. Phenominal training daily, I still listen, can never know too much, free website, low sign up cost, i could go on and on, but bottom line, is the PASSION I feel and the business I am doing becauase of it. IF I Was doing someting just to make a few bucks, it wouldnt be the same!
