New and a little overwhelmed

I am new to the forum and I am looking for ideas/companies that I can do direct sales for. I have been looking into different companies but I am really overwhelmed with all the options. I have a child at home with disabilities and cannot work a 40 hour week due to his disabilities and I am looking for an opportunity that I can do and make my own schedule. I do tend to love home decor, jewelry, accessories, clothes, candles and beauty products and would love information on different companies in these areas. Thank you in advanced.

Hi and welcome aboard! It can be a little overwhelming because there are so many wonderful opportunities to choose from. I suggest taking a look around in the folders and check out some of the companies products and compensation plans and see what peeks your interest the most. It took me forever to decide on something. A few here have more than one business because their so great to have. Congrats on your decision in wanting to start a business.

There are a TON of incredible Direct Sales companies out there, all with wonderful products! It really can be a tough decision. My advice is to choose a product you can connect with and will be passionate about, as well as a product that is consumable.

2 of my kids have special needs and around therapy, school and life .... a direct sales business is a beautiful thing. I know you will find one that's right for you here on WAHM.
There are SO many options I know it can feel overwhelming but take your time and find what you really can be passionate about. Keep a list of what you do and don't like about different companies. As you look at more of them you'll discover things that are important to you.... like maybe you like being paid upfront or maybe you prefer getting one monthly check. Maybe having a free website is important or maybe you don't mind paying a few dollars to be able to get online orders, etc.
I know many say pick a consumable product but for me I do much better selling my existing clients new games when they come out and finding new customers than I ever did getting re-orders from my conumable product I sold for years before.
So hang in there! I am sure with a little research and all of the great ladies here, you will find the business that is right for you and your family.

I also encourage you to find something you're passionate about. There are hundreds of companies. A good one which has already been around for many years will still be in business after you've had time to do your research!

I'm an introvert, the quiet one in the corner when there's more than three people, and I have always disliked cleaning.
