Default Where are your products manufactured?

I work with a company that has an American designer, but the products are actually made in China, which kind of bugs me. Are there any companies with all of their products actually manufactured here in the USA?

Yes there is! Pink Zebra not only make their products in America but our Soft Soy Sprinkles, candles, and more are all made from 100% American Grown Soy Beans! I luce in a farming community and this is important to me.

Our simmer pots aren't made here but that is just an accessory we carry and not our main products. It is important to support our country and each other! If you would like to know more about our american products let me know I love to share the sprinkles!

I'm torn on this one. Made in the USA sounds good intrInsically, and you would think it would mean more jobs here. But economic principles pose a different view. If products are made where they can be made most efficiently (e.g., a developing nation), then they are less expensive. That means we can buy what we want/need and have more income leftover for other expenses. Also, don't forget the thousands of US employees of your company, that benefit and make income for themselves through the company's competitive pricing.

If the items were more expensive to make, then either the rep's profit margin or the company's profit margin would suffer.

Anyway, you know this, but my company's products are made in dozens of different countries including Israel, Thailand, USA, and yes, China. When the company was smaller it was possible to make all the products in the USA but its too big now for that to be efficient.

Great topic and I am excited to share and wear our 100% designed and made in the USA products from Perfectly Posh. The mission from the beginning was to help our American economy, by using American chemist's, vendors and building an American company... Our products are made on both coasts CA and VT using other smaller vendors in UT and MN. I love that our products are made in the USA.

Go USA,
Catherine

Default Norwex

Norwex products are made wherever the specific technology and resources are located, but always using fair trade policies. So personal care products come from Italy and Israel, where many have received Europe's Eco-Cert certification. The microfibre products are made in China, but in a company-owned plant where employees have regular hours, receive overtime pay (if required), and I think even housing if needed. Looking through my kit yesterday, many are made in USA.

Although Vemma is set up to do business in 52+countries all of their products are manufactured in their very own GMP certified manufacturing facility in Arizona, USA. Here's more info:

The Bottling Plant is a GMP pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing facility capable of producing premium bio-available liquid products. The 20,000 square foot building is skillfully staffed by liquid nutrition technicians who perform exhaustive quality assurance procedures.

They also arrange for third-party independent laboratory chemical and microbial testing. All suppliers for the value-added products are required to submit the raw material certificate of analysis to ensure optimum quality ingredients and compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices.

These raw materials are then tested again to ensure purity and potency. Every aspect of the state-of-the-art ISO 9000 compliant†, liquid manufacturing plant is overseen by our bio-chemist, Dr. Yibing Wang. Dr. Wang holds a Medical Degree from Jinan, China, with a PhD from Louisiana State University. And like everyone who serves you at your Home Office and Distribution Center, the dedicated professionals at your Bottling Plant work to provide everything you need for optimum health and a richer future.

†ISO 9000 is a series of international standards that provides quality management guidance and identifies quality system elements.
