Default I Quit!

I swear I have party plan "ADHD!" But I am finally decided I was doing it the wrong way. I kept seeing someone successful and having fun so would sign up with THAT business...thinking if they could do it, so could I.

BUT...I was not looking at MY strengths. I have a degree in Recreation. I have experience in early childhood education, literacy, family play, etc. I work part-time at a preschool and LOVE it!

However, I see several kids that could really get ahead just by play! I would love to show parents which games they could play with their child for them to learn what they are struggling with.

I have heard "Do what you love and the money will follow." I am FINALLY going to take that leap and DO what I love and stick with it! (And have FUN doing it!)

So I am now going to QUIT signing up for different companies and stick with SimplyFun!

Janette,

I am soooo happy for you! You can't base YOUR success on the success (or failure) of others. Unless there's a passion, a 'love' if you will, for what you are doing, you cannot be successful. I've lived that too, and very happy I am where I am now. Never moving again!

Congrats woman! So happy for you!!!!

I'm sorry but there was a whole thread on how Scentsy was the company of your dreams and absolute perfect fit and you were not changing again. Now a week later you are repeating your words with Tastefully Simple. What happened?

Fair enough of a question. I was actually signed on with both, and being a former personal chef, and seeing that THAT'S my forte, TS fits more comfortably as a business. I did modify that post to reflect TS. So like Janette, I had my own 'ah-ha' moment.

Like Janette, and a few others, I've checked out quite a few businesses over the years; I'm not ashamed to say it. There's been a LOT of signuature changes for many people on this board. For ME, some businesses I worked with little to no success, and some I just had for personal use. I've been with TS since 2005 and reactivated a few times. This is my last time. I still have Scentsy (love the products and have a few loyal customers), but I needed to make a decision and focus on one. I can't work two like some others are able to; just can't - not enough energy, ha!

So, you were correct, but I weighed a LOT after that post, and decided to reactivate my TS account, and have a lot of happy past customers. Just the bookings alone convinced me! Sorry for the confusion.

And now, to not take away from Janette's post, I hear ya sista, and clap my hands in happiness for you! We two have checked out enough companies to make our heads spin! Hee hee!

Thank you for your reply Gina. I remember you saying in the past you were a personal chef and also with Tastefully Simple on and off. I wish the best for you and hope you make your loyal customers happy and gain some new one's too!
