That is a great article! I used to be SO skeptical of direct sales. Even after I joined it took months for me to believe that this was actually going to "work" for me. I used to look at those leadership perks and think that it would be awesome to make that much money and have all those perks, but I never really thought it was a realistic goal. A year and half later, I am a true believer! As a sales consultant in a smaller company, I'm watching my friends and I move up that ladder and it's so exciting to think that these women and I have the ability to make those six-figure salaries! I think it's so empowering to be in a job where you are in control of your future and you determine how much money you make!
