It takes a couple weeks to get your kit but you can do everything without it ....it is basically business supplies but my first girl did a party just fine without You need to "qualify" which is just taking an online quiz about the manual but that is online - I just downloaded it and read on the computer - the one they send you is nice and good to keep for reference. They also send you thinks like calculator, pen, etc but again can do without. and forms but those are in back office too so you can download and make copies and the pads of customer invoices the inventory RC's have so you can buy if your kit doesn't come before your first party for like $5 ....

I am planning to go to conference in Vegas!!!! Not sure about hubby or not ....would like him to just need to work out four kids at home! It's alot for his mom - if it was more spring break we have nieces that could help but Jan they are all in school ....we shall see....VERY EXCITED though!!! )))
