Inspirational Authors in the Business

Hello has anyone out there found some really good motivational books by veterans in the field? I'm looking to find some good tips and information to overcome some of the downfalls of the business. That way when I lose my way I have words to fall back on.

Just looking for books, not websites, or blogs or anything like that. I want authors I can go into the bookstore and pick on up. I have found Mary Christensen she has some good ones. Any others that have moved or inspired those in party plan businesses would be greatly appreciated.

The DSWA has some really good books, I would check them out.

One of my favorite authors that speak on Direct Sales are Dr. Tom Barrett. He has Dare to Dream, Work to Win. It was the book that opened my eyes to what direct sales could be. He also has a series call the Success Factor that is phenomenal.
