I work 40 hours second shift at a hospital and spend approximately 10+ hours working my home based business.

Interesting. I easily work 60+ hours per week, but then again--I'm a workaholic and it's hard to stop when you're producing and having results. Ok, let's just be honest--there's something exciting about seeing direct deposit in your bank account. Maybe I'm strange.
I'm sure my priorities will change once I start a family.

I only work at the most 10, usually it's more like 3-5! It does get hard to keep track of because most of the time it doesn't feel like work. Also, with my job, it's often just a few minutes here and there so maybe I do work more than I think. I have an almost three year old and a nine month old so time is always short
