Default How Do You Prospect w/Leads?

I have a question. How many people actually use leads lists to call prospects about their business. Now, I know that generating your own leads is BEST. I do that myself. But, I want to know those of you that do call off leads lists, have any of you found success calling off older leads (like 30 days old) vs. the fresh leads which are 1 to 2 days old?

Just curious. :-)

This sounds like an advertisement - the question wasn't even addressed or answered.

Anyone else? Just curious, I've seen some people who say they prefer aged leads while others prefer the fresh. Obviously, generating your own is the way to go. I just was thinking of incorporating some lead dialing into my game plan too. :-)

What do you do to generate your own leads and where to you go for paid leads?

The way you approach self generated leads vs. purchased is slightly different. Self generated leads you typically have some kind of established relationship with. Purchased, you do not.

Like Julie, I used to purchase leads. This was before I knew what I was doing, in network marketing. When I would call them, the first thing I would do is make sure that they were still actively looking for a home based business. There's no point in wasting time having a conversation to come to find out the person isn't interested.

If they were still interested, I would then ask them to tell me a little about themselves, to get to know them. Since you have no relationship with purchased leads, it's important to utilize that first conversation to establish one. You also, most certainly, want to get to know the potential prospect that you would end up working with.

I personally prefer to generate my own leads, but I do use a lead system for email marketing not for telephone calls.

I would recommend making the phone calls to the leads you've generated and use email marketing for the purchased leads providing it's a list of good quality. I set up a seperate autoresponder for these leads so I can see just how well the list is working.

I was purchasing my alot of leads before and when I was make sure that they was still looking. I has some success not much because alot of them didn't even know how I obtained their information. So I was taught by a very good friend of mine that the best way to get your leads is by generating them on your own. That can be a little bothersome too if people are not going to your site and requesting information. So I use both methods but i do not put out alot for my leads as I was before. I have other marketing tools that I put in place as well. So I do not not put all advertising in one place.

I use both methods. I generate new leads via conversations in person or inbound calls. I use lead lists also. If the aged leads are fairly recent, they often are just as good as new leads. This is often the case because most lead-buyers never call or follow up. So, you may be one in a very small pool who are calling. Good luck. Remember: relationship building is the key.

Default how do you prospect w/o leads

I have discovered a way of prospecting people recently. A website is a must in any case. This site would be ideal for you to visit and check. ngofrfastincome dot com .... they are sponsoring website for the first six months and this will definitely help you build your email list automatically with some proven techniques.

i am also into network marketing .... on an average i prospect over 10 every day and i dont even know who they are .... reasonably good conversions take place, again due to a proven technique that i have discovered recently. i am available over skype ngofr2011 for across the PC discussion.
