What is of #1 importance to you with a company you choose to work with?

I think I agree with you...if you join with ethical and moral people, those people (as well as myself) would never join a company that is knowingly doing things unethically, so more than likely they would choose a good company to partner up with.

However I think I would also add that these people I partner up with need to have industry experience...they know what works, what doesn't work, what is a good comp plan, not a good comp plan, good product etc.

So I can trust that they did their research, and on top of it of course do my own due diligence and partner up with something fantastic. That is exactly what I did and it's proven to work out very nicely

I really like online marketing... so I would look closely at their online policies. (Plus all the other stuff like integrity, comp plan, killer good product, etc.)

Yes, I agree that you have to be able to trust the business and people you are joining.

Also, the people you are joining have to be helpful in every way you need them. If you can't get ahold of the person who is trying to recruit you, that's a sign that they may not have time to help you after you join.

I have had these problems in the past, but I am very happy with both of these aspects where I am at now.

I agree with AmyKay that it's hard to choose just one. For me having a support upline and team leaders is very important. Even if you have a great product or service having an unsupportive upline could cause you to lose faith or interest in your business.

Everyone's responses are great. Integrity is HUGE for me, because of past experience I've had with a company that I learned had none.

Other than integrity, there are too many for me to name just one. Product, comp plan, training, support, company reputation. Nope, I couldn't narrow it down to one.

I love to bond that our company has. I have became friends with a lot of people in my business. and speaking to them make me feel really good. any question i have they are more then happy to help. my uplines are really enthusiastic and supportive. And we no only focus on trying to recruit people we really do try to sell our products. and the customers are like family too. I don't know if any other company is like that but if there is i would be willing to sign up with that too

Having a great upline & support system is important to me so many companies I did previously I would join and never hear from anyone again (LOL!) it could of been a great company but I did not like being left out in the cold..& I did not like feeling alone. We are in business for ourselves but not by ourselves.
