I agree with each person. You need to be able to read people and know what approach to take. different people have different personalities and if they are interested in your business you need to find out what interested them about it and know what responses to take... I'm new here and a beginner in MLM. but the people that i work with all have a mentality to help. and they all build a relationship with you. rather it's for you or not. they know how to keep you interested. And with that being said Everyone keep your head up. Whatever you do is going to take hard work

Default How about both!

I've been really fortunate to have a lot of mentoring plus recruiters reach me about their lucrative opportunities. Since I'm usually the braver, I'm signing up for all of them and working them to figure out which works, then sharing from there. My Dad spent so many years hitting and missing MLMs that he's getting really good at knowing how to get paid now from them and passed his knowledge to me. If you want to know what's really paying now, contact me and I'd be happy to share what I know...

You said it Jayla..it is about keeping your 'would be partner'/customer's priorities and goals FIRST before your's..That is how relationships are built and that is EXACTLY WHY that person will sign up with you..

Let's step back into reality. Recruiting is what makes you the "big bucks". If you create a stigma around the word, you probably won't get too far in this industry.

Default Recruiting vs. Training

It's great to be able to build a team comprised of both recruiters and trainers. There needs to be a balance of both.
