I researched mine alot. I didn't want to join a business that was already well saturated with consultants. I wanted a product that was unique and offered options that few companies do. My team lead was also important. I contacted a few and the one the clicked I knew was the best business for me. It helped the products are adorable and very useful.

I did it wrong so many times wanted to do it right this time. I know I did this time.

I joined my Company for two reasons. I loved candles and the low start up cost to begin. What sold me even more was what the team had to offer to me. Being 8 months pregnant at the time and having to raise two other children without the help of my Air Force hubby who was in another state.... call me crazy that I would want to add to my full plate, but... it was meant to be. It's been 5 years since then and I have not looked back.

Default Lots of things...

My main thing was it is free to join.

I hated "talking" someone into something and not knowing if they were truly going to make money or not. With another one I was doing, there was a monthly fee so there was a break even point. If you did not reach it you lost money.

I felt so bad that I would talk people into something and if it did not work out I felt bad.

I realize you can't worry too much about other's success. But I would worry about it none the less because I cared about those I mentored and sponsored.

With DNA, if you don't make a dime that is your fault and I sleep well at night because I know you did not LOSE anything and if you don't succeed it is because you did not try. And I am fine with that. Some people like the "idea" or working from home and don't realize that it is "work".

I also like the fact that it is a newer company so there aren't a ton of reps out there.

Default The product

I have looked at many company's and once I had seen the tv specials and all clinical studies done it was the first product with so much potential. Feel free to click link below to see the abc special.

By the way I do love the p90x I think the workout videos and information is the best. I'm not a member of beachbody bought mine someplace else but the workout will work if you follow the plan. Beacbody was a company I took a long look at before deciding which company to join.

Multiple reasons for me. The first was the product. I like it, I use it and I believe in it. When you feel that way I think that it gives you a good starting point because you have the energy and excitement to share your product and experience with family and friends. But with that being said, there are a lot of great products out there that I enjoy and could easily sell. So why did I go with this one? First, because the product can be used by anyone. There are no boundaries to whom I can market and sell the product. I found this very appealing because it gives me a much larger audience.

But product wasn't enough for me and I needed to look at my long-term goals and what I wanted to do with it. I wanted a business and not just a job. So for me it was important to go with something that had a meaningful comp plan and that would give me the flexibility in years to come to transfer the business to other family members or address other issues/changes that may arise in future years. I was looking for a long-term success plan and that's what truly drove my decision I also loved the tools, resources and team support available to help me be successful.

Default my company

Love this thread. It is important to be passionate about your company.

I love my company because no one else is offering Wealth Education. In today's debt ridden society this is more crucial than ever. I wanted to join an international company. Also, I wanted a top tier company/direct sales opportunity. I wanted a company at least 5 years old with plans to go public. I wanted to learn internet marketing and traditional recruiting strategies from the best in the business.

After all that I found a home

Default Simplicity and cost

Hi Brent,

I have two businesses listed in my signature. One was attractive to me because it was simple and automated - or as automated as you want it to be. I can sell but follow up takes a lot of time and takes me away from what I enjoy doing, building relationships and marketing. So, Auto Business Builder does the selling for me. Real live closers with amazing track records in their own network marketing businesses are performing all of my follow up and closing my sales.

A part of that business that I also decided to join is going to be Text Biz Builder. This will launch very very soon and will give businesses (home biz as well as offline small businesses) the abililty to create text marketing campaigns from their computers. This one was attractive to me because it is a fairly low-cost business to start and will appeal to many. And it is cutting edge.

My second link on my signature line is an extremely low-cost business to start and is very simple. Anyone can come up with $4 to start a business and start earning right away!

What first motivated me was the idea of freedom, but later I learned finding a perfect company became important ... I think what really excites me is after going through many land mines and still having great success, I knew what to look for and in turned into a great home to make a long story short...

The morale of the story is as leaders we learn what works and what doesn't with a no quit attitude will eventually find their way for themselves along with the team that works with him or her.
