Default Totally Off Topic, But Inspiration for Ladies!

A friend of mines posted this on his facebook status today. I thought it was golden

"BE CAREFUL IF U MAKE A WOMEN CRY, BECAUSE GOD COUNTS HER TEARS.THE WOMAN CAME FROM A MANS RIB NOT FROM HIS FEET TO BE WALKED ON, NOT FROM HIS HEAD TO BE SUPERIOR, BUT FROM THE SIDE TO BE EQUAL,UNDER THE ARM TO BE PROTECTED & NEXT TO HIS HEART TO BE LOVED. TO ALL EXCEPTIONAL WOMEN & TO MEN THAT THEY KNOW THE VALUE OF A WOMEN... IS PRICELESS"

I love that!

Mike, isn't it so sad that many churches "teach" the opposite? I know I grew up in one that there was an unspoken rule about men and women, and women were often seen as inferior.

I am so glad that, that is not so much the case anymore and certainly not with my famly or our current church family.

I am so glad to hear that you were preaching that even if it did upset some. I suppose the truth always hurts or offends some. (Of course, I don't want to beat up on men, and i think the Bible is clear on some issues that often women want to ignore because it is offensive to us. Oh, what the Fall has done to us all).

Of course crazycatmom, have at it!

Mike it's cool that you teach this same principle. It's nice to know that there are still men out there that see the value in women

LOVE that!!! Total truth. I wouldn't be surprised if Joel Osteen has preached on it. I love his analogy stories that bring things to life and answers those nagging questions in such a brilliant way! Thanks for bringing that awesome reminder to the forefront. Am I the only one who thinks so?
